Super Fight engine C3

After a long time, I decided to improve the code and functions of the template, placing commands like hadouken, shoryuken.

The animations are temporary, as I am not an artist, so to program I took the God Dan arts from Street Fighter Zero 3, which have not yet been properly adjusted, so some animations seem to shake, I will correct this later.

I had to redo the command system, because with the new knowledge, it is possible to considerably improve the quality of the code, enabling new strokes.

I still have a lot of work to do, how to implement the new crash system, I intend to put a simple combo system, to make the game more like a Street Fighter.
